Moron Macky's Commission TOS

Please be sure to read my TOS in its entirety before making any decisions to commission me! If you're interested in a commission, send me a message on one of my social medias!

• Please keep in mind that I am a furry/animal artist. I specialize in animals and fantasy creatures, and likely will not draw humans or humanoids.• A clear character reference is required in the form of a reference sheet or a series of clear images.• Turnaround time varies depending on the size of the commission and my queue. Completion of artwork takes about 5 days on average, however larger and more detailed commissions may take weeks to finish. If any changes of plan or pace occur, it will be communicated directly via DM.• Refunds may only be given if the customer is unhappy with their commission PRIOR to the final stage of the commission being completed.• If the commissioned artwork includes other individuals and their instruction, I must be in direct contact with each person involved, either directly through DM's or a combined group chat.• Finished commissions may be emailed, sent via DM's, or transferred through Toyhouse upon request.• Complexity of character designs, props, or commission may add UP TO $20 USD to the final price in the form of a "Complexity Fee." If large changes are requested to be made to the artwork at a later stage (ex: lineart change during coloring stage) a fee of $5 to $10 USD may be applied. This fee must be paid upfront before continuation of the commission, and will not apply to small fixes or adjustments.• My watermark/signature MUST NOT be removed without my consent, and doing so may be considered theft. Commissions must also be strictly for personal use unless discussed otherwise.• I accept payment through Cashapp, Kofi, and Paypal.
Accounts used for payment MUST belong to YOU. Payment sent from accounts that belong to your parents/family members/friends will not be accepted. Please send transactions through "Goods and Service" if using PayPal!I have the right to accept and deny any commissions I receive.Breaking my Terms of Service will result in you no longer being accepted to make any kind of purchase through me.You are REQUIRED to read my TOS prior to commissioning me or making a purchase through me.
